Seared Consciences at AFR

I had the misfortune to listen to American Family Radio (sic) the other day. As expected they were having a field day with the pardon of Hunter Biden. I'm certain that with the Harris loss, the president feared that if the sentencing wasn't harsh enough, the Trump Justice Department would continue to hound his son. So, Biden broke his word and pardoned him and any time questions are raised about Trump pardoning January 6 insurrectionists - the Right will point to Hunter Biden.

Never mind the fact that the crimes are not of the same nature, nor the fact that it's unlikely Hunter would have had all the trouble to begin with apart from the fact that his last name is Biden. Integrity has nothing to do with - in fact it doesn't even belong in the same sentence with AFR or the Christian Right.

But I don't defend Hunter Biden or his father. They're criminals - but so are the people associated with Trump. And as far as Wildmon and Co. at AFR - they're criminals and traitors in terms of Zion. In reality they need to be called out for what they really are - heretics flirting with apostasy.

The part that struck me is that they were laughing at Karine Jean-Pierre and marveling at how she can go out there day after day and just tells lies and defend the lies of the Biden White House. How can she do it?

Then one of the Wildmon cronies brought up the fact that the Scriptures speak of the conscience being seared. In the case of the Biden people, they lie so much that they no longer can tell the difference - they no longer have a conscience.

I was pretty speechless listening to them.

And actually I would take it a step farther and say that such people reach the point in which they're no longer capable of having a conscience. That mark of humanity and the image of God is removed and they degenerate. They are handed over.

And while this may be true enough when it comes to the Biden people - and certainly Jean-Pierre, I am not surprised. These are lost people with no credible Christian profession.

As such, I am far more shocked, startled, and repulsed by the fact that Wildmon and Co. - the good folks at AFR exhibit the very same tendencies that suggest the searing of the conscience. What blindness to not grasp the level of deceit at work in the Trumpite GOP and everything that has happened with this man, not only for the past nine years he's been in politics, but for his entire adult life.

Apparently they are unwilling and unable to discern the endless stream of lies flowing out of the Trump White House - and its spokeswomen, Sarah Huckabee and Kayleigh McEnany, and let us not forget Sean Spicer. These people are serial liars and again with regard to Trump, rather than call him a liar, maybe it's safer to say he cannot speak the truth. He's not capable, it's just not in him. He is literally a liar in that it characterizes his very person and being. And these supposed Christians who ally with him, advocate for him, and speak for him, are liars cut from the same condemned cloth.

Liars will not inherit the Kingdom (Rev 21.8).

Laugh at Jean-Pierre, indeed she is to be pitied as are all White House Press Secretaries. But for the AFR crew to laugh at her and on this basis - wow, I found the whole thing rather sobering, even sickening. I guess they are unaware that they will answer for it and give account for the myriad and endless ways they have deceived and manipulated the people of God. I encounter it every single time I turn on their wretched and filthy radio station. I think of Matthew 7 - they think they are the servants of God and worthy of reward. In reality they are the progeny of the false apostles and deceitful workers, the very ministers of the Adversary. Trump is a textbook example of a seared conscience as are the pseudo-Christians that are part of his cult. God help them.
