Michael of Romania (1921-2017)

I meant to post this a couple of weeks ago. I apologise for the seeming lack of productivity. I have barely had time to sit down lately. Sometimes days go by and I don't even turn my computer on. When I do I often just keep labouring on whatever project I have going, take a look at the news and avoid everything else. I know I have emails to get to and I will try to do so.

The work load has been unrelenting and though grievous I've been forced out of necessity to embrace it. Serious setbacks have all but forced me to give almost all of my time and attention to generating income. An already bad year turned much worse recently. But the bills are getting paid, even if the hours are long and the days off are very few. But enough of that.
I had mentioned Michael of Romania in some others posts and his passing is of interest to me and perhaps to some readers. A chapter of history and one that continues to captivate me... has been closed.
I mentioned him in these posts at Proto-Protestantism:

  1. Bad for my checkbook, good for the website. I got snowed out today. I was supposed to leave for work about 06.30 but we're having a major snow event. Given that it's the holiday the plow trucks are usually a bit behind. And it's a bad day to get stuck or go off the road. Two days off in a row! I can try and get caught up on some reading and writing.
